Although I'm a guy, I've done a lot of research into the best diet plans and exercise regimes for women as well as men.
At 75 years old (pretty close to 76 actually and the father of sons aged 50, 48 and 44 and a daughter about to turn 29) I weigh slightly less than I did as an 18 year old athlete, I bench press more than my body weight and I still have a six-pack.
My body fat percentage is 13.8%.
I mention this only to show you that I walk the walk when it comes to diet and exercise. And yes, I understand that male and female physiques are different!
I'm a big fan of the Keto diet as one of the best diet plans for women. Get into ketosis, burn fat for fuel and lose weight. What could go wrong?
There's no doubt that "all" you need to do to lose weight and get your attractive figure back is to exercise and eat healthily. Millions of women all over the world constantly struggle to shed the stubborn pounds. Most of them just wish to go down a dress size or two… or to look a little more toned, instead of having flabby arms that flap around like butterfly wings. Or worse.
They just don’t have the time and energy to spend hours at the gym or weigh their food daily and track their calories like a human calculator.
So, they end up trying weight loss supplements or signing up for Zumba classes or a gym membership that they almost never attend. They may try the dangerous route of starving themselves in the hopes of losing weight. It all seems like too much effort for more or less zero return.
