There’s much more leniency with the custom keto diet than with other diets whose complexity makes you fall by the wayside. You can eat fatty foods and especially protein rich meat and fish such as grass-fed beef steak, lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken, salmon and so on. You’re allowed a small amount of carbs, but you won't have strong cravings.
