There’s much more leniency with the custom keto diet than with other diets whose complexity makes you fall by the wayside. You can eat fatty foods and especially protein rich meat and fish such as grass-fed beef steak, lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken, salmon and so on. You’re allowed a small amount of carbs, but you won't have strong cravings. Eggs, which are a real super food, can also be a big part of the keto diet, along with other fat-rich items such as avocado.
In fact, one of my favorite keto breakfasts is eggs scrambled in butter, then poured over half a fanned avocado sitting on top of 2 or 3 slices of smoked salmon.
Keto is unlike other restrictive diets, because your body is more sated on the custom keto diet plan so that you feel fuller and more comfortable.
That said, the most important rule of the keto diet is to achieve ketosis and maintain it. Ketosis is the state in which your body metabolizes (burns) stored fat for fuel instead of the sugar created from carbs. For your body to become fat adapted, it MUST be on ketosis for a prolonged period. Only when the body burns ketones for fuel rather than glucose, will you see accelerated fat loss.
The keto diet has become very well-known and popular for one good reason. Done properly, it works. There’s no denying the fact that unlike many other diets, the custom keto diet plan yields fast results without you having to eat foods you dislike.

These two factors are paraded daily as the paradigms of successful weight loss. In reality, most women are either busy juggling family commitments or working a day job… and in many cases BOTH.
Millions of women all over the world constantly struggle to shed the stubborn pounds. Most of them just wish to go down a dress size or two… or to look a little more toned, instead of having flabby arms that flap around like butterfly wings. Or worse.
They just don’t have the time and energy to spend hours at the gym or weigh their food daily and track their calories like a human calculator.
So, they end up trying weight loss supplements or signing up for Zumba classes or a gym membership that they almost never attend. They may try the dangerous route of starving themselves in the hopes of losing weight. It all seems like too much effort for more or less zero return.
