The Best Anti-Aging Skin Care Products

Anti-Aging Starts with Skincare
There are many factors that contribute to looking younger than your actual age.
Factors like diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol consumption and other lifestyle choices.
But do you know what the biggest factor is?
It's your skin's appearance.
Nothing says "age" like wrinkled, papery, flakey, spotted skin. And makeup can only hide so much.
That's why skin care is vitally important.
You need to be using the best anti-aging skin care products.
Here are our top 3 recommendations.
Anti-Aging Skin Care Product #1
BioTRUST Ageless Glow

Contains Only Pure, Natural Ingredients
BioTRUST Ageless Glow is our number one recommendation for several reasons, but the most relevant one is that it simply works very well.
And very quickly.
Most skin care treatments that you pick up in your local pharmacy contain ingredients that are expressed in complex chemical formulas. They don't occur in nature and are manufactured by Big Pharma in laboratories. Some can even damage your skin and make you look older!
BioTRUST Ageless Glow™ contains 4 natural ingredients in the correctly balanced amounts. It is totally free from synthetic dyes and fragrances.
And BioTRUST is an ethical company that refuses to test its products on animals.
Use BioTRUST Ageless Glow™ on your face twice a day to see smoother, firmer, younger-looking skin in as little as 7 days.
And, of course, you don't have to limit it to your face.
You can use BioTRUST Ageless Glow™ on your neck, shoulders, arms and anywhere you want firmer skin.
Anti-Aging Skin Care Product #2
Skinception Kollagen Intensive®

Deep, Long-Term Skin Improvement
It was really difficult to split Ageless Glow™ and Kollagen Intensiv®. Both are first-class products.
The only reason we gave the nod to Ageless Glow was that it is faster acting.
But that's because the two products approach skin care in two different ways.
Ageless Glow™ treats your skin directly to give you a fast result. Kollagen Intensiv® tackles collagen production, one of the major underlying causes of wrinkled, older-looking skin.
Kollagen Intensiv™ includes the very latest medical breakthroughs in natural collagen renewal, encouraging your skin to increase collagen production naturally for a visible reduction of wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, and more. Skin regains a more youthful and elastic appearance. This can take some time to achieve, however.
With Kollagen Intensiv™, there's no need for expensive collagen injections.
Ageless Glow™ and Kollagen Intensiv® also work very well together. The former gives you better looking skin NOW, while the latter works in the background, improving your skin's underlying condition.

Top Anti-Aging Skin Care Tips
Everyone wants to have glowing, younger-looking clear skin. With so many skincare products and recommendations being thrown out there, it can be difficult to distinguish what's fact and fiction. Here in this article, you'll learn about some of the easiest skincare tips to integrate into your routine.
Some Of The Top Skin Care Tips:
1. Tackle It from the Inside: Start with Your Diet

It's no secret that what you eat has a profound effect on how you look and feel. It affects every part of your body, including your skin. Among the best things to put in your body to give you younger-looking skin are fruit juices. Not the artificially sweetened, reconstituted rubbish that you buy in the supermarket (almost as bad for you as soda) but real juice squeezed out of real fruit.
Buy yourself a cold press juicer and make your own delicious fruit juice combinations. Combine orange, apple and pineapple or strawberries, peaches and apricots. Or whatever's in season and whatever takes your fancy. Fresh is always best and your skin will thank you for it.
And here's some great news. One of the best foods for your skin is dark chocolate! (a minimum of 20% cocoa). It helps you to maintain thicker, more hydrated skin, which is less rough and scaly. It's also less sensitive to sunburn and has better blood flow, which in turn brings more nutrients to your skin.
While using the best anti-aging skin care products to improve your skin's external appearance, bolster it from the inside by tackling your diet for a double whammy.
Red and yellow capsicums (bell peppers) reduce dry and wrinkled skin. This is because they are an excellent source of beta carotene. Your body converts beta carotene into vitamin A. In fact, one cup of chopped red or yellow capsicum contains the equivalent of 156% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin A.
But most importantly, they’re also one of the best sources of vitamin C, essential for the creation of collagen, which keeps your skin strong and firm.
2. Tackle It from the Inside: Exercise

Defines and Tones Your Muscles
It's simple physics. When your muscles are toned and nicely defined, your skin is stretched over them and looks better.
Your skin loses its "crepe paper" look and appears smoother.
But that's not the only positive impact that exercise has on your skin's health and appearance.
Turn Back the Clock
A research study that examined the skin of individuals who were 65 and older revealed some impressive findings. The study took a base sample of the community members’ skin. Then, these individuals were asked to maintain a moderate aerobic exercise routine for three months. When testing the skin after the three month exercise period, the findings were remarkable. The skin of the individuals who were exercising more frequently closely resembled healthy skin for individuals of much younger ages, between 20 and 40. In the past, dermatologists believed that exercising could help to keep skin looking healthier, but this recent research tells us exercising may actually make it possible for you to turn back the clock for your skin. With just thirty minutes of aerobic exercise each day, you may just start looking younger.
Minimize the Effect of Stress
Stress has a negative impact on skin and hair, especially for those who suffer from chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis. Stress triggers numerous physiological responses within the body that can cause breakouts, inflammation, and allergic skin reactions. Exercise decreases the body’s elevated hormonal and immune responses to stress. This can minimize the risk of chronic skin condition breakouts and flare-ups. It also keeps the immune system healthy and better able to respond if needed to combat skin and whole-body health concerns.
3. Don't Use More Product Than You Need
While skincare brands and manufacturers would like you to believe that you need a drawer full of products, it's not necessarily so. Find the core elements of your skincare routine and stick to them. It's best to find products that work for you and then use a them consistently. Don't continue to add more products to your routine just because you saw a new commercial. You'll end of with a shelf full of stuff that you never use. Stick to gentle products that contain natural ingredients for the best results. It's good to have a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen.
4. Moisturize More
A lot of people fall into the trap of not moisturizing enough. Whether you have dry or oily skin, your skin needs added moisture. Many people are under the impression that oily skin doesn't need additional moisturization, but that's simply not true. When your skin detects that it doesn't have enough moisture, it'll stimulate even more oil production which is the opposite of what you want.
5. Avoid Touching Your Face
Touching your face is a big thing to avoid, especially around your eyes.. Don't fall into the habit of touching your face when your hands are dirty. The skin around your eyes is very sensitive and you can cause wrinkles if you pull on it.
6. Exfoliate Occasionally
You should be using something to gently exfoliate your skin. Otherwise, you could add some type of acid or retinol to your skin to exfoliate. Retinol is an especially good product because it can help your skin renew at a much faster rate. This can get rid of dead skin cells and keep your skin clear.
7. Drink More Water
Believe it or not, but if you aren't drinking enough water, your skin will show it. Your skin needs water. Therefore, you should look to get a good 8 glasses of water daily. This will ensure that your body has enough water to complete various bodily processes.
8. Use Sunscreen Wisely
One of the worst things you can do to your skin is let it get burnt. Not only does it increase the risk of skin cancer, it can cause the development of wrinkles and age spots. Sun damage is the number one cause of premature aging. But that doesn't mean you should be slathering on a high SPF sunscreen every day.
It depends on your skin type, the amount of melanin in your skin and the time of the year.
Clearly, if you are pale skinned and you are going out in the middle of summer, with the sun almost directly overhead, you are going to need all the protection you can get and both a hat and a generous application of sunscreen are indicated.
On the other hand, if you have an olive or darker complexion and you are going out in the afternoon of a Spring or Autumn day, you may not need sunscreen at all. Soak up the glorious Vitamin D.
Conclusion
As you can see, there are plenty of different things that you should be actively doing to improve your skin's health.
By using the tips above, you should be able to get your skin looking as good as it can be.
The best anti-aging skin care products are those that:
- Are made from all-natural ingredients
- Give you visible results in a short time
- Fix underlying issues.
Your skin is designed to keep things out of our bodies, to protect out internal organs and keep toxins from absorbing into our blood system. A lot of things that we need for better skin and aging should be ingested so it can be carried throughout our bodies by our blood. Most topicals, especially collagen will only help the surface layers of skin and those sluff of within a few days. If you want long lasting healthy skin, it’s all about supplements and vitamins.
There is no doubt that skin treatment starts from the inside. That's why we've included information covering both diet and exercise in our Women's Skin Rejuvenation Six-Pack.
However, the skincare products we've recommended will build on that base and give truly visible results.
Our collagen treatments work by encouraging the body's own collagen production. This takes some time to be effective and certainly doesn't slough off within a few days.
I really enjoyed reading your article, Phil. It’s obvious that you have your finger on the pulse of staying young and fit. I’ve always invested in good moisturizers and am very consistent with applying them twice a day and sometimes more often. I have that English skin that can dry out fast and show aging badly. I eat well and exercise regularly so I guess I’m covering those bases. The thing I have a challenge with is putting sunblock on as I’ve tried many brands but they all hit me in the liver and make me feel ill, so I limit my application to when I walk on the beach or go out for the day to an event. I really hate using sunblock. I wonder if there is a natural sunblock on the market that wouldn’t make me want to vomit?
Thanks for your comments, Lily. I'm not a great believer in slathering on sunscreen at every opportunity. I live in a sunny beachside location and I consistently go out without any sunscreen at all in Spring when the UVA rays are being absorbed because of the sun's angle and the UVB rays are tanning your skin. By the time summer arrives, I'm pretty much burn-proof. I know there's a school of thought that says any sun exposure is dangerous and a suntan is a sign of skin damage but I just don't agree with it.
I have my skin checked by a specialist once a year and there are never any issues. In fact, at my last examination, he said "Everything's perfect. Keep doing whatever you're doing." So I looked him straight in the eye and said "I lie out in the sun without any sunscreen."
Mind, I have an olive complexion. Your English rose might be more sensitive.
Could I suggest you click on the Free Stuff item in this site's menu. One of the gifts you'll get is an e-book containing recipes for home-made sunscreens and bronzers made from only natural materials. They could be just what you're looking for.
I have been hearing a lot about facial radiofrequency these days. But I would rather prefer products such as Ageless Glow and Kollagen Intensiv that have been in the market for quite a long time and have gained trust. Concerning radio frequency, I’ve read this energy causes the collagen and elastin networks of our skin to contract. But I prefer a more classic treatment.
