I'm a great believer in the Keto diet, for the simple reason that it works. It's very effective at burning off body fat rapidly without sacrificing your favorite foods. Some (Halle Berry, for example) embrace it as a lifestyle. I don't, mainly because it generally excludes fruit, but I'll typically go 2 weeks on Keto followed by 2 weeks off. This has the effect of stabilizing my weight and body fat percentage exactly where I want them. Of course, I exercise as well. Here are two different approaches to Keto. They both work well.
